Dam-Dave places a strong emphasis on the provision of safe working environment, by utilizing effective risk management processes including site and project hazard studies and JHA/JSA submissions to develop and maintain safe work practices. We ensure the standards are continually upheld by conducting pre-start meetings at the commencement of each shift, together with weekly Tool Box meetings.
Dam-Dave considers achieving the highest standards of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) performance as key organizational objective. Improvement in safety procedures is ongoing as we are continually auditing our sites and completing on-site work observations of our peers’ work practices.
Dam-Dave aims to provide high quality services with good value and have the ability to give assured performance delivery and continually seek ways of improving the services.
In pursuance of the Health and Safety Policy ACT 1975, the policy was adopted by DAM-DAVE and company Limited. It has effect on all the employees of the company and each employee accepts his/her responsibility in accordance with the ACT, the regulation controlling the industry and this safety policy as far as it is reasonably practicable

To prevent as far as it is reasonably practicable, accident and dangerous occurrences that might put at risk the health, safety and welfare of all personnel

THE POLICY
The company recognizes and accepts its responsibility under the health and safety at work ACT 1975, to provide safe and healthy working environment to all its employees as far as it is reasonably practicable and to make the health, safety and welfare of its employees a matter of prime.
